Militia, 1808; Constable of Maury Co., 1809; He was born 10 or 19 of November 1773 or 1775, Died August 24, 1821. Buried in Bills Cemetery on Mooresville Pike; Married Lillias Houston, Born November 6, 1773, Died February 26, 1850; Her tombstone is in the same cemetery & says they were married 27 years. Son of Daniel Bills (Born September 28, 1740 in Connecticut, Di ed March 18, 1829, Maury Co., Tennessee, (now that part is Marshall Co.) a nd his wife Deborah Denman, Died March 26, 1819.
